I am available mornings I am a mature intelligent ethical diligent respectable college educated woman of Eastern European descent born in the USA. I only do move in outs. I am not from an agency. No contracts no deposit no obligation no hidden fees nothing slick. I do not take breaks I do not talk text on my phone while I am cleaning I bring most supplies except for a standard size broom and dustpan step stool and a clean large plastic container to use as a bucket. I clean the countertops back splash inside and outside of the oven surfaces inside and outside of the refrigerator and freezer inside and outside of the microwave stove dishwasher cabinets drawers closets obvious marks off of walls woodwork tub shower basin toilet floors. Sorry I don t clean glass (ish) tub shower enclosures. Please do not schedule other workers to be there as the same time as me. The apartment must be basically empty.
