A full service architectural & engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a Business Development Associate to be responsible for expanding this firm s presence in desired markets building relationships creating project opportunities and securing projects. REQUIREMENTSBS in Communications Business Engineering or a related field Must have a proven track record of successful business development experience in a related industry. Able to recognize and display an understanding of the project procurement process. Will be responsible for developing repeat business while expanding service offerings to current clients. MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) DUTIESWill identify new opportunities and organizational events for this firm to help expand presence in new markets. Develop strategic client relationships through market research and capture planning. Maintain professional networks of current and prospective clients within the firm s target markets manage relationships through the project development and procurement process. Develop new clients and support existing clients. Keep track and report business development activities.
