A Northeast Ohio glazing company is seeking to hire a new Business Developer Estimator to their team to increase sales of products and services of the company. REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma is required. Bachelors or Associates degree is desired. Candidates must have prior experience doing estimating & sales of services & products for a glazing contracting company. These products & services include Windows Doors Curtain Walls Storefronts Hardware Composite Panel Systems Installation Service & Repairs. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be self-motivated. MS Office (Word Excel & Outlook) & proficient with some type of estimating software. Candidates must be familiar with manufacturing and installation of products and services. Reviewing job specifications perform take-offs for bid proposals. Reviewing contracts maintaining bid process schedules and communicating bid status. Maintaining bid spreadsheets and negotiating work with various clients. Ability to read blueprints as well as architectural and structural drawings. Must have excellent customer service skills & strong conflict-resolution skills. Client base will be in the Northeast Ohio region. Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
