Female black lab

I have a 4 year old female black lab. She comes with a bed and collars. She was abused prior to us adopting her. She needs a family who can be patient with her. She keeps jumping our 4 ft fence so she must be an indoor dog or you must have a higher fence. She is scared of thunderstorms and needs a lot of love. She is microchiped and up to date on shots. She gets along with other dogs and children. She is crate trained.
