Paisley is an incredible 8 yr old paint mare who I have had the privilege of knowing for the past 5 yrs. She is an all around western horse and is very solid on trails. She is generally laid back but has a sensitive personality and requires someone with confidence and the ability to adapt to the horses needs. She has a very typical mare attitude ear pinning and the like and would be best for someone who is not intimidated by this. Once you get to know her and she feels safe with you she is a doll and very willing to please. She would do best as someones primary riding and companion horse not so much as a show horse and she gets very attached to her person. She can be high strung at times and when she doesnt understand what is being asked of her has the tendency to get frustrated or worked up so clear communication with this horse is very important. She has to earn your respect before she wants to please but once she has it she is truly an angel....
