Tooling Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises employees and is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of the department. Monitor priorities of mold repairs. Submits and approves capital expenses for the Tool Room and mold repairs. Monitor efficiency reports and determine areas that require special attention. Keep supervisors informed on pertinent activities and information. Assist other departments at other Berry facilities as needed. Ensures ISO housekeeping and GMPs are being followed Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations. Performs annual performance appraisals. Works with vendors on projects.
