New Owner Signover Estela was surrendered on Friday. To describe her as scared is an understatement. She was petrified. After about 40 minutes of coaxing a volunteer did get her outside for a few minutes. Her tail was tucked and she was nervous. Hopefully she did see that she is going to get nothing but kindness at the facility from volunteers and staff. Unfortunately she has come into the shelter at a time when most of the runs are filled. Space is serious issue and unless animals are adopted or go to rescue before more come in difficult choices would have to be made. If anyone is looking to help a poor broken hound dog regain her confidence now is the time.
