Red Canoe Credit Union is seeking a proven leader to assist in managing our Federal Way branch. This individual will be responsible for assisting with supervising and coaching employees with all loan and operational functions. Will be expected to support the branch manager with business development and membership growth efforts as well as support the sales culture to meet member needs. Successful candiate will have a minimum of three years financial institution experience in related field of lending and leadership.
