He is great with kids & absolutely loves other dogs & cats although he does get excited upon initial meeting. Otis is an escape artist & can jump a fence if he decides there is something on the other side worth seeing. Otis is sometimes skittish around certain men but warms up quickly. We took Otis in from a previous neighbor who was moving a couple years ago and couldn t take him with them.
