my fianace has section 8 were looking to rent a home in the los angeles area. Were not people who tear up properties. Were also clean individuals. We have a 10 year old son and were looking to find a good neighborhood for him. Were currently living in watts ca. this is not a good area to raise a kid. I wish we could get a spot in the zip codes of 90008 90045 90047 90016 90056 90064 90066 we would love to rent a single family house with a den and at least 1.5 baths. Its tough here living with neighbors who play loud music and avoiding dog defication on the side walk. like i said were not filthy people. My fiance knees are bad my back is bad and I have foot problems. This has been tough i want out of the eastside of los angeles. i also want to be near my mom and brother who both have health issues. So we want to be on the westside of los angeles so we can be near them. My uncle just passed and I can see it has hurt my mom real bad she has loss friends this year also to death. In watts it s horrible here some people on section 8 make it bad for the good people on section 8. They tear up the house and be real dirty play loud music this is sad. Good people like my family have to suffer because of them All I can do is pray to God I just want a good area for my son and my future wife. Everybody who rented to us told us wow you guys keep the house clean so that let you know were good tenants.
