Job description Desert Radio Group is seeking a full-time entry level sales professional to develop and sell advertising and marketing solutions to new and existing business clients. The primary objective is to achieve service goals and revenue targets while helping clients meet key business objectives. The successful candidate must be self-motivated enthusiastic goal driven able to work independently on tight deadlines and work with internal and external clients to achieve desired results in a fast paced demanding environment. Requirements Since this is an entry level position no experience is required. Sales and media experience (especially radio) are preferred. We will train the right candidate. You need to bring a good attitude be resilient and determined. Even a bit tenacious. You must be willing to work to grow your sales results and the upside is the more you sell the more money you make. This role also requires the highest degree of integrity and ethics and includes occasional weekend and evening work. A valid driver license access to a suitable vehicle with automobile insurance is necessary. Responsibilities include The successful candidate will create and develop successful business relationships solicit new business through prospecting and cold calling make ten face to face sales presentations weekly manage and develop existing assigned accounts identify clients specific advertising needs and achieve revenue targets as defined by management accurately forecast revenue on a rolling three-month basis adhere to company policies regarding pricing merchandising commercial content competitive product protection etc. and monitor competitive media.
