Intellectual Property Paralegal

IP CSC Patent Paralegal The candidate will perform paralegal functions and provide support services from within the IP Centralized Support Center in Boise to the Patent practice group across all offices. Should have a B.A. and 5 years of Intellectual Property experience or equivalent is required as well as experience with U.S. and foreign patent prosecution rules. Must have a solid understanding of both the US and foreign patent lifecycles and the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment with superb attention to detail. Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of firm personnel and clients is required. Must have demonstrated analytical ability and the ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
