We are seeking an Apartment lead Maintenance Worker for a 172 unit Apartment Complex in Brownsville Texas.The essential job fuction are as following A C Certified (proof of A C Lic) performs electrical & plumbing repairs maintains preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities maintain a safe physical enivornment will perform any other duties as assigned by the Management climbs and descends ladders while carrying building and electrical. A C toolings and supplies.painting interior and exterior stuctures and wood replacement replaceing defective electrical switches and other fixtures install small appliance building and repaireing floors windows screens and general apartment maintenance. Must be on Call for emergencys Lifting 75lbs items and carrying items to designated areas Must show proof of High School Diploma or GED Must show proof of Valid Texas Drivers License Must pass a criminal background check & drug test Must possess experience in A C s electrical plumbing and carpentry building repairs.
