Adopt Trixie a Black - with White American Pit Bull Terrier Mix

This is Trixie. She and her brother Bruce are searching for a forever home through no fault of their own. Bruce and Trixie were discovered tied up in the backyard of a rental home by the landlord of tenants that had been evicted. The landlord reached out to a boarding facility who graciously agreed to take in and care for Bruce and Trixie. They are both current with vaccinations altered and will be micro chipped. Both were heart worm positive but both have been through heart worm treatment. Bruce who is around 5 yrs old we estimate had a hard time during treatment but as you can see he s doing very well now - especially since he s back with his beloved Trixie who we estimate to be around 2 yrs old after his hospital stay during treatment. These 2 are very bonded. Bruce is especially bonded to Trixie and cries if she s taken out and he isn t. They have a room together they snuggle and kiss each other and when they sleep they spoon. ...
