Regional Contracts Manager

The Regional Contracts Manager will be the interface between Henkels & McCoy s business operations project teams and the Legal Department as to the particular projects. This involves reading the contract for the project reviewing the Legal Department s recommendations on the contract s terms and conditions making recommendations to the Legal Department for additional edits based on scope project issues and attending bid proposal meetings regarding such work. This position may include under the supervision of the Company s Corporate Counsel contract negotiation with the customer as well as reviewing vendor and subcontractor agreements in conjunction with the project.
