Accounting Services - we have the ability to track all costs associated with all your various jobs using excel or quickbooks. Make sure all subcontractors are insured licensed and 1099. Joe has been with company 20 years. Property Management - we offer a vast array of services for rental properties including strict leases complete credit and background checks ability to take credit card payments. Jen has been a property manager for the last 14 years and is fully licensed. Attorney - for legal advice setting up legal entities such as LLCs evictions short sale processing. Zachary has been with company for 4 years and offers a full array of services. These services are provided for a small per job fee but are done under one roof.
