Adopt Maya a BrownChocolate - with Black Shepherd (Unknown Type)

Hi my name is Maya and I am a 4yr old shepherd mixture I was recently surrendered to Colorado Canine Rescue because I was too insecure in the home I lived in. Recently I lived in a foster home with 4 other dogs ranging from a chihuahua- to playful pups -to a big German Shepherd. I am doing well with all of them but really prefer living in a peaceful home with medium lower energy dogs. I enjoyed playing chase and ball with other balanced dogs and or my human. I am crate trained and enjoy having a quiet space that I can call my own whenever I need a break from life. I love to go on walks and have learned to listen to my human while we re walking so that we can enjoy a peaceful time together I very much enjoy relaxing in the back yard but I will need a tall secure fence in my new home to keep me safe. I do get nervous if there s too much excited energy so I will need my new parent to be a leader that will help me to continue to make wise decisions whenever this happens....
