Stuart is a 3 yea old 21 pounds Poodle Havanese maybe terrier mixture. Stuart was dumped at a shelter in Houston Texas with seven other dogs. When they were brought to the shelter none of them had any fur and they were all neglected and terrified. The woman who dumped them requested that the shelter euthanize them just because she did not want to take care of them anymore (not that she had been taking care of them in the 1st place) and she did not believe that they were adoptable and did not care. Our rescue saw the potential of these sweet babies and took in all eight to get them healthy and hopefully to eventually find them forever homes. Some were more emotionally damaged than others and unfortunately Stuart was the worst of the group. He is just SO SWEET and has never shown any signs of aggression but it is very clear that humans have not been so kind to him and he is very skittish and terrified. ...
