Law Firm Opportunity for a IP Patent Paralegal with minimum 3-4 years experience assisting with the preparation filing and prosecution of US and foreign patent applications (working thru PCT and foreign agents efiling with USPTO) preparing declarations powers of attorney assignments and getting documents legalized conducting internet database searching and corresponding with clients to get instructions and invention disclosures.
