MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR Life Care Center of Morehead Full-time leadership position available. Must have a minimum of two years of maintenance experience in a long-term care facility. Field-related certifications such as HVAC plumbing electrical and current CDL license are preferred. Should have a knowledge of local building codes and OSHA regulations and be able to interpret blueprints. High school diploma or equivalent required.
