Who we re looking for Dealership experience is required 3 years of automotive office experience preferred 1 years of management experience preferred Proven ability to successfully run an office operation and manage people Proficiency with MS Word Excel & Outlook ADP software experience preferred but not required Professional attitude and a genuine focus on customer service Accounting Mgmt background (Accounting Degree a plus) What you ll do Ensure all store transactions are processed accurately timely and in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer policies and procedures. Work closely with all department managers to assist with processes and identify expense and gross opportunities to increase net profit.
