Free furry friend needed and wanted

I am a 50 year old woman lokking for a free cat. I have a limited amount to spend on a cat I m sure a lot of people who are selling cats don t want to hear that but it s the truth.I thought for years that I was a dog person until I met Bighead(my tom cat when i lived in Baltimore). I never realized that cats can be some of the sweetest animals in the world I was diagnosed with stomach cancer shortly after I got Bighead and he always knew when I was depressed sad or in pain. He made it his point to knead my stomach and curl up there and purr. He would stay with me until I felt better. If I went to take a shower and I didn t let him in the bathroom he cry like a little lost baby that s how close we were. I put my boyfriend out the bed a few times because Bighead didn t like. He had his own pillow and blanket. When I found out that he also had cancer and there was nothing the vet could do but make him comfortable until his time is up I was devastated I was holding him in my arms when he was put down. I had lost my friend companion and friend. for years I didn t want another animal but now I m ready to give that love and security to another animal. I just don t have the money to purchase one. I have litter litterbox flea collar pillow and blanket and of course food. Please help me with my search for a forever friend
