Compliance Operations Manager

Job Description Seeking a self-motivated candidate to manage a team of exempt level associates across multiple locations that prepares annual non-discrimination testing employer contribution calculations and Form 5500 series reporting. The Operations Manager will ensure associates receive proper training development and feedback on a timely basis. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring quality service customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive associate work environment.
