Please fill out our short application - the link is below - we are FAST Our applications are usually processed in less than 7 days but we have done one in less than 8 hours Please meet Zeus a 4 year old Great Pyrenees who due to unforeseeable circumstances has left the only home he has known. But his beloved humans knew through rescue he would have the best shot at finding the perfect family to love on him. Zeus has spent so most of his life outdoors. He has been a wonderful guard dog to his previous family always on alert. When he is not on duty he is as relaxed and mellow as can be. His former owner says He is the definition of a giant teddy bear He is a youthful boy and loves to run and play chase balls and sticks. Just don t expect him to bring them back. He is a Great Pyrenees after all and probably has much more important things to do with his time. He loves to exercise and going on walks is a must. He will need some reminding that he is not in charge as he does tend to pull a bit on the leash. He is a busy one. He knows the sit command and has been taught to jump up for a hug. He is a gentle boy and is big on giving sweet kisses. He is just so easy to love. Zeus is getting settled in his foster home and has a big road ahead of him. He will have an adjustment period as he transitions from outdoor to indoor dog. He will need to find a family that understands this. But he is smart and once he gets these new lessons down he is going to be someone s wonderful loving pet forever more.
