The Benefit Relationship Manager (BRM) provides consultation expertise and ownership of strategic client s prescription benefits by Obtaining and clarifying client requests for plan design changes by working with the client Account Team and operations. Determining requirements from the client by meeting with them via e-mail conference calls and or face-to-face interactions. Facilitating and negotiating solutions to benefit design limitations within allotted timelines. Being accountable for ensuring accurate benefit design set up through system testing and validation and following up with internal and external parties as needed.
