Roux is a one year old special needs kitty who needs a loving home to take care of her. She has eyelid agenesis (no upper eyelids) and must have eye drops everyday. She is very sweet and truly needs a special person to give her love. Roux would be best in a calm and quiet home as she can be very shy at first but becomes very sweet once she gets to know you.
