Meet Mickey a four-year-old Jack Russell that was pulled from Ocean County shelter in New Jersey. He is an owner surrender due to moving. Mickey gets along well with other dogs and loves the company of children. He loves squeaky toys and throws soft toys up in the air and catches them. He loves to go on walks and walks well on a leash however being the Jack Russell that he is if he sees another dog he will bark. Mickey is neutered up-to-date on all shots and microchipped. Mickey is a very low-key Jack Russell who is very gentle and very loving. He suffers from a little separation anxiety which we are working on currently. When he is left alone it might be best to put him in his crate as it will keep him more secure and he will feel safe. Mickey sleeps in the chair next to his foster mother s bed and sleeps through the night. He loves to give kisses and get belly rubs. When he wants more belly rubs he will bounce both of his front legs up and down begging for more. Mickey would love a place to call home. If you have room in your home please consider Mickey.
