Dixie is a very sweet 7 month old black lab mix that weighs 31 lbs. Like all puppies she loves everyone and everything especially kids. She has that typical puppy energy but settles down for cuddly naps after romping around in the yard. Dixie found herself in a shelter after she was tied to a bench on a walking trail. Now she is in a great foster home where she is getting all the care and nurturing she deserves. She loves playing with all dogs but has not been introduced to kitties yet. Cat testing can be done if needed. Dixie would make a wonderful addition to any active family. A family who would spend the time loving her playing with her teaching her basic obedience and showing her what a good life is all about.
