8 wk white mosaic M chinchilla - Male Chinchilla

We have a mosaic male chinchilla that is looking for his new home. He came to NWI a bit ago and we estimate he was born 1 17 2015. This makes him right around 8 weeks old and now is a great time for him to go to his new home and bond with his new family.This male s color is called mosaic. He is more of a silver mosaic as he has somewhat of a silver coloration over most of his back and body. He has a few lighter and darker spots as you can see in the picture and the tip of his tail is white. He also has a cute little polka dot on the one side of his body. This boy is super outgoing. When I was taking pictures he kept coming right up to the front of the cage and the camera and putting his head and paws on me and on the camera. He wanted to see what everything was and was not shy in the slightest. He s always at the front of his cage checking out everything. He does well with being handled and petted. Very sweet boy. Doesn t bite.This chinchilla is currently living alone and we do not know if he gets along with other chinchillas. If you are curious as to whether he might get along with your or one of our chinchillas let us know and we ll see what we can do. This chinchilla would make a good first chinchilla for someone who s never had chinchillas before. This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (2 pounds of Tradition pellets) a goodie bags of chews treats and a printed out version of our care packet. He will also come with a lifetime of help and support should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between. Regardless of past chinchilla experience all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet fill out our adoption application chinchilla questionnaire and provide proof of cage. If you are unwilling to do these things please do not waste our time or yours.
