Beef is 6.95 lb hanging weight with a whole beef averaging about 400 to 450 lbs. Price will include all processing fees and cut and wrapping and we will deliver it to you within 150 miles of Rexburg. You can specify how you want your cuts of meats packaged. Sold by or whole and is USDA inspected. Deposit is required 500 for or 1000 for whole balanced at delivery. No hormones or steroids or antibiotics. Dexter beef has smaller cuts of beef and perfect for the home freezer. Grass fed beef is better in Omega-3 fats than grain fed beef. It has an excellent flavor and marbles out very well on grass without the need for grain. I am sold out for my fall 2016 beef but I am taking deposits on beef for the fall of 2017.
