Angel was surrendered by her owners when they no longer wanted her. She is a beautiful black lab mix who is only 1.5 years old and weighs 55 lbs. She is up to date on vaccines and spayed. Angel is an extremely sweet girl who seemed unfamiliar with kindness when she arrived. Within days she was a new dog wiggly and happy and excited to see staff approach her. She longs for a home that will truly love and care for her. She has lots of love to give in return Please come rescue this pretty girl today she will be forever grateful. UPDATE 03 2016 Angel was adopted but returned 6 months later. She was a wonderful girl and is housebroken however there were two young children in the home and Angel was afraid of them. She never growled or nipped but she hid huddled and shook any time the kids got excited. The family did not feel it was fair to Angel so with many tears she was returned to the shelter. You can tell they loved her because even under the circumstances Angel returned to the shelter with more confidence than when she left it. Puppies under 4 months are 140.00 The adoption fee includes the animal s surgery microchip vaccinations flea preventative deworming medication sample bag of food treat samples and a free first exam with participating veterinarians. Shelter policy is that all animals must be spayed or neutered prior to leaving the shelter.
