Cowboy - Male Shepherd (Unknown Type) Mix

Cowboy is a Shepherd mix. He is 2 years old and was a rescue who was transferred to us from Critter Camp. Cowboy is very sweet and friendly. He seems good with other dogs but actually dislikes cats. Cowboy doesn t like small animals like rabbits either and wants to chase them. You may need a strong leash and a firm no when out walking him. He is housebroken active and playful. Cowboy likes both children and adults. He has had some leash training and if worked with he will sit heel and wait as far as commands are concerned. He also rides well in a car. We would recommend crating at night and if left alone during the day at least until accustomed to a new home environment.
