POSITION SUMMARY Develop and manage the Change Management process for Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced results oriented start up environment. Reporting to the EVP the Change Management Manager is responsible for overseeing all functions of the Change Management Committee.
