If you are interested in any of the FFOS pups the first step is to fill out an application completely at -X ----.- adoption-application or if you are working with our wonderful partner Vermont Dog Rescue fill out an application at -X -.-----X.- For the Love of Dogs Vermont Dog Rescue is our partner rescue and helps place many into loving homes. Midge is young 26 pounds and looks to be a pure bred black lab. She is sweet as sugar has been spayed and brought up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. Due to a genetic condition Midge is blind in her left eye but has good vision in her right eye with just a little limited peripheral vision. We have her as a special Needs pup however the good news is that she can still lead a normal happy life. She is a beautiful girl and deserving of a good home. Her adoption fee is 200. We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) so all funds go right back into taking care of these sweet pupsOUT OF STATE adoptions are possible. If you are working with Vermont Dog Rescue the additional fee is 200 to cover transportation costs and the health certificate which is required to cross state lines. Transport to other areas is dependent on location fees and availability of independent transport services. You are always welcome to pick up your new family member. We are a home based not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes. We are an all volunteer 501(c)3 organization. We rescue pets from high kill shelters prior to being euthanized as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to outside only homes. Nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop dock or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering their pets. All pets are completely vetted up to date on all vaccines and given rabies certificates.
