He has alopecia (hair loss) which was most likely brought on by stress. His coat has started to come back in and may be with time will fill out more or he could be like this for the rest of his life He was quite bald when he arrived and now he is fuzzy If you like a dog that looks a little quirky then Hoosier is your fellow Hoosier is sweet initially shy but once he warms up to you he is a total love bug Hoosier is crate trained and will begrudgingly walk on a leash. He would much rather have a fenced yard. Hoosier also uses pee pads He is fine with other small dogs and has no issues with cats. Kids should be older if at all. He s not mean he just doesn t want to deal with them lol. Hoosier is very good in the car and gets so happy when his foster mom takes him for a ride Hoosier is a special little guy to his foster mom - she likes the quirky ones His alopecia does not require any medication just acceptance.
