We employ a staff of highly skilled employees retaining years of knowledge and experience and we are currently seeking a qualified MIG Welder to join our team This is a Full-time direct hire position offering benefits after 90 days including company subsidized health insurance and paid vacation and holiday pay. Essential Functions Performs welding operations using MIG welding equipment Verifies welding results Maintains a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards Qualifications Previous experience with MIG Welding in a custom manufacturing environment Must be capable of blueprint reading and utilization of measuring equipment Able to read and understand shop drawings and calculations inherent to fabrication Team player mentality Ability to lift 45 pounds Able to pass Drug Screen We are looking for someone to start immediately so submit your resume to careers(at)iml-mfg.com today for an interview this week
