Arthur is an adorable 4-year old male Miniature Pinscher Terrier mix who arrived at the HSOV on March 18 2016 after he was picked up in the Marietta Ohio area by the Washington County Dog Warden. This handsome little man has a shiny black-and-brown short smooth coat a docked tail and a darling face with a slender muzzle and cute folded-over ears. Arthur has a sweet disposition and an affectionate easygoing personality. He walks well on a leash and thoroughly enjoyed his photo session on a cool sunny afternoon. Arthur appears to be housebroken. He has already been neutered. This little sweetie weighs 18.6 lbs. Arthur will be available for adoption on March 21 2016.... More Info
