Quiet Single Mom seeks Affordable 2-Bedroom - Price: 600-750

Moving to Austin around August 1st 2013. I have one well-behaved 6-year old daughter I am a non-smoker honors student in college studying art therapy and otherwise exemplary tenant with references and I can pay deposits equal to a months rent. I am on a tight budget and would prefer to pay no more than 600 for rent alone or up to 750 if some utilities are included - negotiable. I do have anxiety and require use of my two (fixed and declawed) cats as emotional support animals and I can pay an additional deposit for them if required. Apartment or small house is fine as long as we have 2 bedrooms. Close to UT is preferred but not mandatory. Thank you for your help
