Ashes is almost 6 six years old & has had more thrown at her than any animal deserves She lost her first home due to foreclosure & was surrendered to a rescue group in Jackson MO. May of 2015 that rescue group was shut down by the MO. Dept. of Ag. for animal abuse & neglect Felines Forever took Ashes along with three others. As a result of being with the rescue group in Jackson MO Ashes now suffers from a constant state of vertigo wobble head & she is deaf. It is not known if she suffered head trauma or as a result of untreated ear infections. There is nothing more medically that can be done for her she just needs to be loved & accepted as she is She is SUPER friendly loves to be held & petted will do OK with one other cat we do not know how she would do with dogs. As a result of her deafness her meow is loud but she seldom meows she can not jump up high maybe two feet or so & doesn t jump up often.
