Building Maintenance Superintendent

Building Maintenance Superintendent Full-time maintenance person to perform maintenance duties in the Rapid City Journal offices on Main Street at our production facility on Second Street and at our outlying BHWG newspaper locations. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 00 a.m. - 5 00 p.m. some nights and weekends are also required. Duties include adhering to preventive maintenance schedules on major building systems cleaning painting minor plumbing HVAC woodworking lighting maintenance snow removal and other jobs with an emphasis on safety.
