Scarlett - Female Eclectus

Hello My name is Scarlett. I am a female Eclectus. I am around 8-10 years old. I can be handled but I do bite. My foster mom is working with me on perching when I get out of the cage. I am getting better every day. I will bite by surprise sometimes So I know this is something I have to learn not to do. So far I have not said any words but I do watch everything around so my foster mom just thinks I m getting more comfortable before I speak. I do make honking noises and I make the tongue clicking noise. I love all kinds of fruits and veggies. I know I would be a really great pet with the right person. I need a adopter who is willing to work with me and who will give me lots of time. Eclectus need fruits and veggies for our daily diet. I have lost feathers threw the years we really don t know why could be stress diet its just not known. But I am getting new feathers back everyday.
