Meet Reason she was released to the shelter after her owners were moving and couldn t take her with them.. Sadly Reason hasn t had the best life she came to the shelter covered in flea s so bad she was missing a large amount of hair.. We believe sometime in Reason s past she was abused in some way she is absolutely terrified if you show her a leash.. But once she calms down and you get a leash on her she is fine. So we aren t exactly sure about happened but she will need some work being socialized with certain things and strangers. She is still getting used to the shelter setting and is still very nervous but is slowly coming around. Once Reason get s to know you she is very friendly and loves your attention Reason is housebroken and is good with kids doesn t seem to mind cats and is good with other dogs Reason is a labrador retriever shepherd mix that is about 2 years old and currently weighs about 55 pounds.
