Case Manager/ Patient Care Co-ordinator - Compensation: $10-$12/

Highly motivated extrovert with great people skills wanted for a Case Manager position to co-ordinate care in a Chiropractic Clinic in Roseville. This person will work one on one with New Patients to help them understand Chiropractic and how it works as well as to find out any underlying issues conditions or symptoms that may also be present. This person would co-ordinate gathering of medical records from other medical facilities handle scheduling of seminars for patients and follow-up for missed appointments and touching base with the patient to make sure care is meeting their expectations.
