New restaurant opening in North Metro area. This is a great opportunity to be involved with the whole operation from set up to execution. This person must have the creativity experience and personality to effectively transport this new restaurant into the go to place of the community. Candidates MUST be able to work every position in the kitchen Instrumental in menu development & responsible for cooking hiring training and scheduling. Maintaining payroll and COGS numbers to a predetermined budget. Completing inventory and forecasting usages and planning accordingly. Ability to multi-task maintain a professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Ability to lead and train a large staff is key. MINIMUM 2-4 years kitchen experience required Culinary education preferred but not a must. Knowledge of health code and license is mandatory.
