Mission Implement and manage training development delivery and coaching for Field Marketing and Canvass programs in the field while driving continual process improvement and optimization. Results Meet or exceed performance goals while effectively training coaching and mentoring Canvassers while building the Verengo brand. Job Functions Identify document and accelerate best practices across multiple functions. Adapt people process and systems to maximize results. Generate leads appointments and hit minimum production standards to lead by example. Deliver feedback to Field Market Supervisor Call Center Agents and Canvassers. Work closely with Field Market Supervisor and Field Marketing Corporate Management team to hire coach monitor audit and improve the territory. Supervise in-field activities to ensure high-performance and program compliance. Pilot new strategies and initiatives. Effectively partner with the Field Market Supervisor to work supervise and monitor events focused on lead generation recruiting and or team motivation. Effectively present transform and reinforce learning. o Adhere and train to the training structure. o Coach and make recommendations based on training observance auditing and performance metrics. o Train on more advanced canvassing protocol with tenured team members. Provide necessary back-up support to FMS as requested. Pilot new program strategies processes procedures and protocol. Assisting with conducting group interviews make hiring recommendations to FMS provide feedback to recruiting team and assist with new hire paperwork. Support team members ad-hoc administrative requests with a positive can do attitude. Take the initiative to problem-solve and creatively troubleshoot issues. Proactively partner with cross-functional team members to achieve mutual objectives. Attend and participate in company and departmental meetings. Effectively manage schedule in an efficient manner. In-market and out-of-market travel. Competencies Organization and planning. Plans organizes schedules and budgets in an efficient productive manner. Focuses on key priorities. Teamwork. Copes effectively with complexity and change. Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in team management and or Sales Field Training. Minimum 6 months experience in door-to-door canvassing or sales. Preference given to candidates with o Solar Experience In Home Sales Experience Call Center Sales Experience.
