Meet Grumpy Grumpy is eight years old. She is considered a mitted-point Siamese. That means that she has splashes of the pointed colors on her lighter colored body coat as well as the beautiful blue eyes which are a signature of the Siamese cat. We rescued Grumpy from an elderly owner who could no longer care for her. When we rescued her she had ear mites. This is what has made her right ear crumpled up. Grumpy got her name before the famous Grumpy Cat and was given that moniker because she does not meow. Rather than the typical cat meow Grumpy grumbles when she wants to communicate. Like a typical Siamese Grumpy likes to communicate so she spends a lot of time grumbling to her foster mom.Grumpy loves people and gets along with other cats. Follows her foster family everywhere grumbling at them with love and to ask for attention. We consider that and her crinkled little ear very endearing and unique traits.
