Here we have a beautiful young classic tabby cat named Hamilton He came from the Mendocino area via our Pet Partnership Program and was a favorite in their adoption area. This youngster is very active playful and ready to entertain you. If you can keep him active and athletically busy then he is ready to spread out for a nap in a sunny spot. From what we have observed he has a low tolerance to too much petting or cuddling but would love to climb run and explore your home from top to bottom Older youngsters who can keep him busy with games wand toys and not too much hugging would suit Hamilton well.When you bring him home help him learn where his new home (and food) is by giving him a small room of his own for an introductory period of time. He will enjoy your company as often as you can be with him. When he is greeting you at the door eating well and using the litter box consistently he may be asking to explore more of your home. Let him check things out but do give him the option to return to his home base and litter box as cats like to know where their comfort stations are kept.
