Requirements Experience Must demonstrate a minimum of five years recent hands-on experience with computer systems and software that supports property administration and management functions. A fundamental understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 45.5 and thorough understanding of property control plans and procedures is necessary this includes knowledge of property management receiving warehousing material management and shipping.
