He is very scared and shy until he gets to know you. He had seizures in the past while living in a chaotic environment but has been in calm environments since coming to us and has been seizure free. He will be neutered and microchipped soon and ready for a calm environment to call his forever home. He ll be at our adoption events located at the Potomac Mills PetSmart on Sundays from 1230 - 330 beginning 3 20 16.
