MURRAYDon t you just love Goldens I am Murray a 6 year old Golden Retriever weighing about 65 pounds. My beautiful honey red colored fur is so soft to touch especially when I m laying on the couch beside you as we watch TV Even softer when you let me on your bed and we cuddle at night I have a wonderful loving home with my Mom and Dad. However Dad is not well and cannot live at home any more and Mom is not home a lot. She knows that she can no longer give me the attention that she says I deserve so she is looking for a new fur-ever home. She told me she is very fussy and will make sure we find the perfect home. Mom says I have very nice manners - I am house trained know how to use a doggie door adore my daily walks I m neutered and current on all of my shots. At night I will happily sleep on my dog bed or on your bed but I always wait to be invited I do take thyroid medication but that is not a big deal and not expensive. I am very calm in the house and I love to play with my toys. Mom says I need a fenced in yard so I can run and play.Mom and Dad are seniors and I have never been around kids. I may be great with them but mom is unsure. But I am a golden and they are probably just fine. It is hard for me to meet other dogs Mom says I need to meet them very carefully. Once I have met them a couple of times I am just fine. I think I would do best and be happiest as an only child - no other dogs.
